The Third Delicious & Easy Recipe With Kale
1 roll of finished whole grain pizza dough
olive oil for frying
300 g of mushrooms
salt and freshly ground pepper
150 g fresh kale
1 pinch of chili flakes
Grated lemon zest of 1 lemon
Preheat oven to 200 °. Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet with baking paper. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Rinse the kale and cut into strips (remove the coarse stems). Fry the mushrooms in oil on a pan. Season with salt and pepper. Turn off the heat and flip kale, chili flakes and grated lemon zest with the mushrooms on the pan. Spread the ricotta on the pizza dough in an even layer and distribute the vegetables from the pan on top. Bake the pizza in the oven for approx. 15 minutes, until the bottom is crisp. Take the pizza out of the oven, sprinkle with olive oil, and serve immediately.
