The Second Delicious & Easy Recipe With Kale

Ingredients:

2 bunches of kale
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of sliced garlic
½ teaspoon salt
juice from ½ lemon
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

 Instructions: 

  1. Chop the leaves into big pieces and rinse them.
  2. Choose the wide pan and heat the olive oil.
  3. Add the garlic slices and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute medium heat.
  4. Add the kale a few handfuls at a time, stirring after each addition. Add salt and pepper. Cover and cook till kale is tender, it will take you about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, add lemon juice and ready!
