To prepare this exquisite vegan recipe you will need the following ingredients:

  • Between 7 and 10 sheets of lasagna.
  • 400 grams of cooked lentils.
  • 1 onion.
  • 1 tomato.
  • 4 mushrooms.
  • 250 milliliters of tomato sauce.
  • Olive oil.
  • Vegan cheese.
  • Oregano.


Chop the onion in small squares and the mushrooms in small slices. Then place them in a frying pan adding a little olive oil and a pinch of oregano, pepper and salt. Sauté them without rushing!

Soak the lasagna sheets in hot water according to the directions on the package.
Once the sautéing is ready, add the diced tomatoes and continue sautéing for 5 more minutes.

After this time, add the 400 grams of cooked lentils, as well as the 250 milliliters of tomato sauce. Another pinch of oregano and black pepper would be good.

Assemble the lasagna by placing the sautéed filling between each layer. Once finished add vegan cheese to the top of the lasagna and pour a drizzle of olive oil.

Bake at 180 °C until the cheese is completely melted and the plates develop a delicious golden color.
