The Fifth Delicious & Easy Recipe With Kale

Ingredients:

50 g almonds
300 g kale
1⁄2 red onion
1 pomegranate

Dressing:

2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1⁄2 dl of olive oil
Salt, pebber

Instructions: 

Chop the almonds, and roast them golden on a hot pan. Chop kale and cut onion nicely. Halve the pomegranate and take out the seeds. Stir dijon mustard and honey together. Then slowly add olive oil and stir well way. Add lemon and season with salt and pepper. Mix well with the rest of the ingredients. The oil will soften the kale.
